  Casa Willow is a beautiful refurbed apartment in La Florida Orihuela Costa. It has a  very spacious double bedroom with ceiling fan and twin bedroom also with ceiling fan sleeping 4 people. Generous size front room with high table and chairs, Wifi and ceiling fan.

Brand new Kitchen equipped with all you need from dishwasher to Air fryer. Utility room with washing machine. Beautiful bathroom with a large enclosed shower and a large front garden to enjoy the sun.  There is 2 community pools to choose from. 

 

Location

La Florida Is a wonderful little village and with in just a few minutes walk you will enjoy the local bars and restaurants including L&A Familia, Waldemars and the Abbey Tavern. All known for there music in the evenings. Summertime is also through the day.

A few more minutes walk and you will discover The Emerald Isle.

10 minutes walk in the opposite direction Left from the Apartment you will hit another area where you will discover another line of restaurants encluding Concierto, pablos and get fresh. 

10 - 15 Minutes right of the Apartment there is a big commercial centre Playa Flamenca Here you will find Lots of Bars and restaurants Celtic Drop, Landsdown, Italian, Indian & Chinese restaurants there is a lot of chose even take away food outlets.

I can personally recommend Karims and many of these bars !!!

So most important to most anyway Playa Flamenca Beach is 15 / 25 minutes walk depending on spend you walk.

This property will be having Airconditioning fitted in June time ready for the Summer bookings.

End of stay cleaning will be added to your holiday total of 90.00 Euros payable on Arrival.

Airport transfers can also be arranged by myself please ask for the price dependant on times of arrival and departure. Car seats also Available.

We expect you to be mindful of the people that live and work on the urbanisation so no loud music after 23.00 hours.
